About
I am a nursing student with a passion for helping others. Before pursuing nursing, I earned my associate's degree in engineering, which taught me how to think critically and solve problems methodically. Along the way, I discovered my true calling was in a more people-centered field, which led me to nursing. I have worked with immigrant organizations, helping to support and advocate for individuals navigating new systems and challenges, and I have volunteered in my community to give back whenever I can. My goal is to become a nurse who not only provides quality patient care but also advocates for those who need a voice and help underserved communities.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I intend to become a nurse and work in a role where I can advocate for my patients and help them through difficult times.
- Graduate school interests
I do not have grad school interest as of today.
- Outside the classroom
During my free time, I love to read nonfiction books and stay up to date with the news. I also love to go hiking as a way to connect with nature. I find that working outside and being physically active helps me clear my head and recharge. Reading nonfiction keeps me curious and always learning something new, while staying informed on current events helps me stay engaged with what's going on in the world around me.
