Mission Accomplished

A Girl’s Dream, Comes True! I have grown to be humble. As I no my head to pray. I have dreamed of a brighter world. Than the one I knew. I have felt my heart beating, quickly as I sit writing my first synopsis for my Indie Movie! I have learned to love my self. And to forgive the ones that bullied and teased me long ago. I have loved my brothers and my sisters, of all ethnicities. Wow! What a beautiful rainbow we make! I recall, when I was around 13, and never having money to shopping like a lot of my friends did? Dispute hard work for my family, they never gave us any money. Then one day a friend of my dad’s come to visit us, he asked me if my dad ever gave me any money, and I said , no never. He reached in his wallet and gave me a $20.00 bill. I was flabbergasted at his actions! I quickly hid the money in an old tape recorder. I saved it for many years, never using it until one day when I purchased a new red coat, for myself. I never even told my dad where the money came from. I knew he would have been angry. I guess I am able to learn from that time in my life to see, that if you work hard, you will be reward! The man that gave me the money was brought over here Germany as a defector. What was amazing is that Mr. Otto Brille, a German man, had a hear to recognize injustice, even then. That really meant a lot me, to see someone recognized the injustice happening to me as a child. I never had a birthday party and never even knew about birthday parties until i was 18 years old. I guess you could say I was kept in the dark about a lot of things, but one thing I know, is God loves everybody, and he will show us the way if we believe and trust in him. Well just look at me, I’m at UCLA!
