Writing Topic on water
Why is water important to the human body? In my own words, water is an essential part of the human body because not only does it help the consistency of energy and hydration, but in the body is vital source and the foundation when working out not only chemically but science and sourced proved, I would like to base my study on the method on how I came about this topic. According to http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/clark2.htm The Brain Holds about 85% of water, 80% is used in the blood stream and 70% is needed for working out for the muscle and tissue growth. Now when it comes to the brain it is one of the main Key Factors in the nervous system. Yes water is not only a diet drink but in my own words water helps purify the body of ill toxins also helps regulate the metabolic system, it is a nourishment to the cellular function and it plays an important role on on illuminating any types of disease such as diabeties that once obtained may be real hard to get rid in most cases you cant outrun diabeties. But if you work out and drink water there is a higher percentage that you will not come across such disease. Water helps remove toxins from the body, in particular from the digestive tract. Water suppresses the appetite naturally and helps the body metabolize stored fat. Studies have shown that a decrease in water intake will cause fat deposits to increase, while an increase in water intake can actually reduce fat deposits.

8 REGULATES COOLING SYSTEM
Water regulates the body's cooling system. Sports drinks are useful when consumed after or during vigorous and prolonged exercise in high heat. But most experts agree that water works better than carbohydrates or sugared beverages for moderate exercise. For instance, if you drink 12 ounces of plain water, your body will absorb 8 ounces of it within 15 minutes.
As we grow older the less water we drink and the more more dehydrated one gets. People in this generation do not understand that to be hydrated is important there are more healthier people at a younger age, than there is at a older age. Yes water was designed to hydrate the body but the more competition their was such as coca cola and different syrup flavors and different types of business completion people have lost track because of water being so pure. Actually the essential benefit of water is that it is the one source on how one could see the effect for example “ If you drink water your teeth will become clear, if you drink water your skin would become light, if you drink only water you will maintain a ph balance and not gain as much weight as oppose to drinking soda or beer which consist of carbs and calories and lead to the cells being damaged that change your personality and gives you’re a different outcome versus if you were sober operating at a high potential water is boring but if you want to live longer and healthier , water is the essential element to the foundation of youth.
