Who I am
Hello! My name is Tiffany Mewshaw and I am a Junior at Northeast Senior High school in Pasadena, MD. I consider myself as a hardworking, motivated, and determined student who always is looking for ways to challenge myself and grow. I take multiple AP and Honors Courses, which has taught me the importance of dedication, time management, and staying committed to my goals. I am also involved in the National Honors Society (NHS), Natonal Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS), and also the NCSA for sports recruiting, which have given me opportunities to grow as a student and become more involved in my community. I am very proud of the accomplishments I have earned throughout high school and as I still continue to improve myself more academically and personally through Junior year/Senior year so I can achieve even more and create more possibilities for myself.
Another major part of who I am is softball. I play at a high level as an 18u-A athlete also a varsity player for my high school, and the sport has taught me valuable lessons about discipline, confidence, teamwork, perseverance, and handling multiple challenges. As a pitcher, I have learned that success comes from consistent practice, preparation, and the willingness to learn from both success and the setbacks that come as well. I am currently in contact with multiple college coaches who are considering me for their softball programs, and I look forward to continuing my athletic career at the collegiate level. My goal is to find a college where I can succeed academically while continuing to complete int he sport that I love. Overall, I am proud of the person I am becoming and excited about the opportunities ahead of me. I am determined to continue working hard, challenging myself, and making the most of every opportunity that can help me reach my goals.
