Does Apple offer a student discount?

Yes. Apple offers education pricing on eligible products for qualifying buyers. As checked in October 2026, its U.S. education store includes current and newly accepted college students and other eligible education purchasers, with verification required.

Check education eligibility and the exact product price

Use the current education-store eligibility rules for your country and purchase. Apple’s U.S. checkout directs eligible buyers through UNiDAYS verification. Education pricing does not mean every product or configuration receives the same reduction, and seasonal promotions may have separate conditions. Compare the exact model, storage, accessories, and coverage you actually need.

Before purchasing, ask whether your college provides device access or has specific hardware requirements. An ordinary retail promotion may differ from education pricing, so compare the final total and return terms. Honor Society’s college savings guide can help you place a major technology purchase within a realistic spending plan. Keep proof of eligibility and the purchase receipt with your records.

Your next steps

• Check current education eligibility in the correct country store.
• Compare the same configuration and total cost.
• Confirm course requirements before choosing a device.
