Condon is nationally recognized by different organizations such as Phi Theta Kappa, the Association for Non-traditional Students in Higher Education, Pearson, and the Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund. Condon served as Vice President of her local Phi Theta Kappa Chapter and currently serves as the Regional Vice President of the Arkansas/Oklahoma Alumni chapter. Condon is also an American Red Cross Disaster Responder. She has a passion for humanitarianism and philanthropy. Condon aspires to become the Executive Director of FEMA after graduation. As a single parent; Condon strives to be an outstanding role model for her three children.
