About

Anece Best, CP
Freelance Paralegal | Notary Signing Agent | Civic Advocate

Anece Best is a North Carolina-based Certified Paralegal and Notary Signing Agent, operating under Best Notary and Loan Signing Agent. She provides professional legal support services, including document preparation, loan signing facilitation, and administrative compliance assistance for attorneys, lenders, title companies, and individuals.

With a strong working knowledge of North Carolina law—including public records compliance (N.C.G.S. Chapter 132), municipal authority (N.C.G.S. §§160A and 160D), and administrative procedure, Anece brings both technical precision and practical insight to every engagement.

In addition to her legal service work, Michelle is actively involved in local government oversight and land use matters. She serves as a vocal advocate for transparency, due process, and citizen participation, particularly in areas involving Unified Development Ordinances (UDO), zoning, and municipal accountability. Her work frequently includes analyzing ordinances, preparing public records requests, documenting official meetings, and assisting citizens in understanding their legal rights.

Anece is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree at Campbell University, further strengthening her academic foundation in criminology, law, and public administration.

Her approach is detail-driven, compliance-focused, and grounded in ensuring that both individuals and institutions operate within the framework of the law.
