About

I was born in Germany as the daughter of a veteran, and from an early age, change and new environments were simply a part of life. Growing up moving from place to place taught me how to adapt, connect with different people, and find a sense of belonging wherever life placed me. I often describe myself as a chameleon because I have learned how to walk into almost any environment, adjust, and still remain authentically myself.
Those experiences helped shape the woman and educator I am today. I am compassionate, resilient, people-oriented, and deeply committed to making a positive impact on those around me. My love for children led me to a career in early childhood education, where I have the privilege of helping young learners build confidence, independence, and a strong foundation for their future.
I am currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland Global Campus while working full-time as an educator. I have also earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, an accomplishment that reflects my commitment to continued growth within my profession.
Outside of my professional and academic life, I am someone who values faith, family, friendship, laughter, music, and meaningful experiences. I enjoy singing, dancing, attending concerts and comedy shows, and spending quality time with the people I love.
My journey has taught me that life does not always follow a straight path, and I have learned to embrace that. Every place I have lived, every challenge I have faced, every classroom I have entered, and every new chapter I have begun has contributed to the person I am becoming. I am proud of where I come from, grateful for how far I have come, and excited about where my education, passion, and purpose will take me next.
