About

I am a hardworking, determined, and caring person who is always trying to become better than I was yesterday. I have been through moments where I doubted myself and questioned what I was capable of, but I have learned not to let those moments define me. I am someone who keeps going, even when things get hard.

I value my education, my growth, my faith, and the people I love. I am proud of how far I have come, especially knowing that there was a time when I did not believe I could accomplish the things I am accomplishing today. I am still learning who I am and where life will take me, but I know that I want to make something meaningful out of my life, help others, and leave a positive impact wherever I go.

Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended career path is to become a medical doctor and specialize in neurosurgery. Becoming a neurosurgeon is more than just a career goal for me. It is something I have grown to genuinely care about and work toward every day. I want to challenge myself academically and continue becoming the best version of myself so that I can one day have the knowledge and skills to help people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

I know the road to becoming a neurosurgeon will not be easy, but I am willing to put in the work, stay determined, and keep going even when things get difficult. My goal is to use my education and future career to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my patients and contribute to the medical field in a way that I can be proud of.

Graduate school interests

My graduate school interests are centered around medicine, neuroscience, and the human brain. I plan to attend medical school and earn my Doctor of Medicine degree, with the long term goal of specializing in neurosurgery. I am especially interested in learning more about the brain, nervous system, and the ways medicine can be used to treat complex neurological conditions.

I know medical school will challenge me in ways that I have never experienced before, but I am excited about the opportunity to continue learning and growing. I want to attend a program that will push me academically, allow me to gain meaningful experience, and prepare me to become the kind of physician who can make a real difference in someone’s life.

Outside the classroom

Currently, my hobbies are reading, crocheting, painting, and writing books.
