About
My name is Prince Johnson, and I am a Program Manager in LGBTQ Family Support Services. My work focuses on supporting LGBTQ youth and young adults through family support, community outreach, career development, and connecting individuals to resources that can help them achieve stability and success.
My passion for healthcare and community service began at a young age when I volunteered at St. Mary’s General Hospital. That experience helped shape my interest in healthcare management and inspired me to pursue my degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Management. Today, I use both my education and professional experience to lead programs, build community partnerships, and create opportunities for the young people I serve.
I consider myself a dedicated, ambitious, and service-oriented leader. I am passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential and creating programs that empower individuals to become confident, independent, and successful.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My intended job path is to continue growing in healthcare management, program management, and nonprofit leadership. I want to advance into a leadership position where I can oversee healthcare and community-based programs, manage teams, develop effective strategies, and improve services for the populations being served. In the long term, I hope to become a healthcare or nonprofit executive who can use my experience and education to create meaningful programs, strengthen organizations, and positively impact the community.
- Graduate school interests
My graduate school interests are centered around healthcare management, public health, and nonprofit leadership. I am interested in further developing my skills in healthcare administration, program management, leadership, and community-based services. I would like to pursue a graduate degree that will prepare me to take on greater leadership responsibilities and allow me to create and manage programs that improve access to healthcare and supportive services. Ultimately, I want my graduate education to help me expand my professional knowledge, strengthen my leadership abilities, and make a greater impact on the communities I serve.
