Honor Society® Expert FAQ
Is LinkedIn Premium free for students?
LinkedIn Premium is not automatically free simply because you are a student. Eligible accounts may receive a trial or promotion, and a school may provide separate learning access, but the exact offer must be checked.
Distinguish a free account from a conditional Premium trial
LinkedIn’s current trial guidance says eligibility and duration can vary and a payment method may be required. A trial can convert to a paid subscription unless canceled under its terms. Do not assume an offer seen by another student will appear in your account or that a previous trial can be repeated.
University access to LinkedIn Learning is not necessarily the same as Premium Career. Verify the product name, included features, end date, and billing route. Set a reminder based on the actual renewal information if you choose to try it, and avoid third-party claims that require sharing your login.
Your next steps
- Check the official offer available to your own account.
- Identify the exact product and eligibility requirements.
- Review payment, cancellation, and renewal terms before activating.
