Hi, I'm Chloe! At 18 years old, my primary passion in life is the culinary arts-specifically the hands-on art of cooking and baking. There is something uniquely rewarding about starting from scratch, which is why my absolute favorite dishes to prepare are homemade pastas and artisan pizzas. When it comes to eating, I'm drawn to bold, vibrant flavors; if it's Italian and spicy, it's at the top of my list. On the sweet side, baking is a huge focus of mine, with classic cheesecake being my ultimate signature favorite.
Beyond the kitchen, my foundation is grounded in a busy, loving home life with my mom, my brother, and our lively household of two dogs and three cats.

Goals and interests

Career goal: My dream is to attend the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in New York, where I plan to formally refine my culinary techniques and business acumen. My ultimate career objective is to become an Executive Chef and establish my own line of successful restaurants. Every step | take-from working in healthcare to mastering recipes at home
